Him and his staff are so friendly, came out after my wash to make sure everything was good and had a smile on his face which goes a long way these days! Hands down the best wash around! ​We came by Cloud10 today with the family and had an incredible experience from start to finish. ​Brian took care of us right at the gate, he was super efficient getting all of our information, walk-throughs on the wash options, and scanning our phone code without a hitch. He also took the time to explain the rewards program to us, which we will definitely be taking advantage of from now on! ​After we drove through, we pulled into the vacuum and drying area to clean up the interior. Drew came right over to check in on us, asked how our experience was, and offered us air fresheners. When we said yes, he immediately went and grabbed them for us. You just don't see that level of genuine customer service very often anymore! ​The car looks spotless, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. 10/10 experience, we'll definitely be back!

Tony at the Wyoming Avenue PA cloud Is an excellent employee he helped me with washing my rugs in my car. He actually did them all for me. What a great guy very polite, professional helpful you have a great employee there.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped here for a quick wash after all the snow finally melted so we could get the salt off her car. After the wash we immediately noticed there was still a lot of soap left on the vehicle along with visible dirt across different areas. That was frustrating but honestly not even the biggest issue. When we got home, which is literally two minutes away, I started wiping the remaining soap off before it could leave marks. That is when I noticed visible scratches all over her windshield and rear windshield. These were clearly new and they did not buff out. I told her to contact them right away to see what could be done. A few days later Josh from the corporate office called her and claimed he reviewed the footage and said all of our claims were incorrect. He had a condescending and argumentative tone and offered no real help or resolution. He ultimately just called to tell us “you’re wrong, I’m right” If I could give any advice to corporate it would be to consider putting Josh through a customer service training course because that is not how you speak to repeat customers. We will not be returning and I would suggest others think twice before going here

Well I got a free 24.00 car wash from Cloud10, I was excited to try it!! My truck was pretty dirty from recent snow storms, I went through car wash a lot of lights and bling going off while going through but my rear of truck was still pretty dirty, so I told the attendant he put me through a second time, back of truck and also side windows still dirty!! Maybe something wrong with something this day, but definitely not worth a 24.00 car wash!!! Vacuuming and air equipment was very good however.
